Our Services

TeamFicient LLC provides managed remote staffing and related business services, including dedicated remote professionals, sales training, brand and creative work, CRM setup, phone system setup, and website design. Service scope, rates, and terms for any engagement are set out in the services agreement you sign, which governs over these terms where the two differ.

Use of the Site

• You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form or create an account.
• You agree not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
• You agree not to attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to use.
• Site content, branding, and materials are the property of TeamFicient LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, to request or purchase our services, and to consent to receive text messages from us. By using this site or opting in to any of our communications, you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us information, contact us at support@teamficient.com and we will delete it.

SMS Messaging Terms

By checking an SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from TeamFicient LLC at the mobile number you provided. Providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you in SMS messaging. Consent is collected separately for two message types:

• Transactional messages: account alerts, reminders, appointment notifications, and other service-related updates.
• Marketing messages: promotional offers and updates about our services.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and neither consent is required to submit a form or to use our services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the mobile number you provided belongs to you.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the messaging providers required to deliver the messages you asked for. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments and Billing

Fees, deposits, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are defined in your signed services agreement. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card or bank details on our systems.

The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or professional advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
