- Onboarding Fee: A one-time fee of $300 is required for all new customers (includes 1 hr with a US-based specialist).
- Subscription: CRM is subscription-based; Teamficient fees cover customization, design, and integration only.
- Phone Software: Costs for phone software are shouldered by the client.
- Data Formatting: Transactions must be provided in Excel/CSV templates — extra encoding charges apply otherwise.

No. Our fee covers the setup, design, and integration. The CRM subscription is managed separately through your provider (e.g., GoHighLevel).
We can migrate your existing data as part of the setup. Data must be provided in Excel or CSV format — additional encoding fees may apply for large datasets.
We offer extra CRM/CS training hours as an add-on. For ongoing management, a dedicated VA with CRM experience can be hired through our standard hiring plans.
