Phone platforms we configure

How it works
From discovery to launch in 4 steps
Discovery
We review the VoIP platform you already use (or help you pick one), map your call flows, departments, team size, and what your callers need to reach. This defines everything we configure.
Configure
Our team builds out your auto-attendant, extensions, routing rules, voicemail, recording, and integrations inside your VoIP account, based on your approved call flow.
Test
We run through every call path with you to make sure routing, voicemail, and recordings all work exactly as intended before go-live.
Train & Launch
Your team is walked through the system, trained on how to use it, and handed the keys. We stay available for any post-launch questions.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Frequently Asked Questions
We configure most major VoIP platforms, including Zoom Phone, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Phone, GoHighLevel, Ooma, Vonage, Aircall, Dialpad, Nextiva, Grasshopper, OpenPhone, Comcast Business, and AT&T. If you already have a VoIP provider, we work inside it. If you don't, we help you pick the right one during your consultation before setup begins.
We only do the configuration and setup. We don't sell or resell the VoIP platform itself. The subscription stays on your account with the provider (Zoom Phone, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Phone, GoHighLevel, etc.), and we build out call menus, ring groups, routing rules, voicemail, recording, and CRM integration inside it so it works the way your business actually runs.
Everything tailored to your business: auto-attendant menus that route callers to the right department, ring groups and forwarding rules that match your team structure, voicemail greetings per extension, call recording for quality and compliance, on-hold music and messaging, business-hours and after-hours routing, holiday schedules, and CRM integration for automatic call logging when included in your plan.
A few important notes: (1) VoIP Subscription: our fee covers the setup and configuration only; the VoIP platform subscription is managed separately through your provider. (2) Onboarding Fee: a one-time $300 fee is required for all new customers, covering a 1-hour session with a U.S.-based specialist. (3) Hardware: physical desk phones or headsets are not included; we configure the software only. (4) Number Porting: porting existing phone numbers may incur additional carrier fees outside our control.
No. Our fee covers the configuration, setup, and training only. The VoIP platform subscription is managed separately through your provider (Zoom Phone, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Phone, GoHighLevel, etc.).
Yes. Number porting is possible in most cases. It's handled through your phone provider and may take 2-5 business days. Any carrier fees are separate from our setup fee.
Basic setups are typically completed within 1 week. Gold and Platinum plans with CRM integration and complex routing can take 2-3 weeks.
Yes, in most cases. CRM call integration is available as an add-on and is included in our Gold and Platinum plans. How smoothly it works depends on your VoIP provider: some platforms connect to virtually any CRM and log calls automatically against the right contact, while others offer limited or no native integration. We confirm exactly what your provider supports during discovery, before any setup begins.
Yes. We enable reporting in your VoIP platform and show your team how to access call logs, call reports, and usage analytics, so you can track call volume, missed calls, and team performance. Every major platform covers the basics (call history and standard reports). More advanced dashboards and analytics depend on which provider you use and your subscription plan. During setup we configure what your platform supports and walk you through where to find it.
Perfect. We prefer to work inside the VoIP account you already use. We offer an Existing System Audit add-on to assess your current setup and provide a clear recommendation. We can then reconfigure your existing system or help you migrate to a better platform.
Important to know
What our setup fee covers
VoIP Subscription
We don't sell the VoIP platform. The subscription (Zoom Phone, 8x8, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams Phone, GoHighLevel, etc.) stays on your account with the provider. Our fee covers configuration and setup only.
Onboarding Fee
A one-time fee of $300 is required for all new customers (includes 1 hr with a U.S.-based specialist).
Hardware
Physical desk phones or headsets are not included; we configure the software only. Hardware is sourced separately.
Number Porting
Porting existing phone numbers to the new system may incur additional carrier fees outside our control.
The VoIP phone software (Zoom Phone, 8x8, RingCentral, Vonage, GoHighLevel, and similar) is a subscription billed separately by your provider and is not included in our setup fee. We configure the platform you already use, or help you choose one, but the software subscription always stays on your account.
