WHAT TO EXPECT
Frequently Asked Questions
Level 1 (Starter) is Sales Foundations: inbound lead response and scripted engagement. Level 2 (Growth) is Qualification Mastery: discovery, qualification, and appointment setting. Level 3 (Performance) is Conversion Execution: value-based selling, closing, and negotiation for outbound sales. Level 4 (Field) is Real-World Execution: in-person territory sales and visit-to-close conversion. You can start at the level that fits your team and progress up.
Each package is designed for up to 5 attendees. If you have a larger team, we can scope additional cohorts during the consultation.
It depends on the level. Starter runs about 2 weeks (20 hours total), Growth about 3 weeks (25 hours), Performance 3 to 4 weeks (35 hours), and Field about 1 week (15 hours). Live training runs from 4 hours at Starter up to 16 hours at Performance.
Every package includes live training, call or field audits with coaching notes, role play and simulations, an assessment activity, a written summary and QA report, and a 1-hour pre and post training alignment touchbase so we align on goals up front and review results at the end.
Each package is quoted based on the level you choose, the number of attendees, and the total training hours. Additional hours beyond the package can be added if you need them. We confirm the exact plan and a custom quote on your consultation before anything begins.
