- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal team members and potentially with clients to develop customized sales strategies and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Track and report sales metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide feedback and insights to management to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by TeamFicient or clients.

Technical Requirements
- Reliable laptop or desktop with a powerful processor (Intel i5 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM, necessary for running sales software and handling multiple applications simultaneously.
- At least one high-resolution monitor (1080p), which aids in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing sales data.
- A stable and fast internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps and higher is essential, along with a backup Internet Service Provider plan or a secondary location equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and service reliability.
- Professional-grade headset with noise-canceling features for clear audio during sales calls and virtual meetings.
- A dedicated workspace free from distractions, suitable for making professional sales calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Backup power solutions, such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a power generator, to prevent data loss during power interruptions.
