required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and assist with tax filings.
- Communicate with clients to address financial inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Process payroll for clients and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

- A stable and fast internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps and higher is essential, along with a backup Internet Service Provider plan or a secondary location equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and service reliability.
